Enterprise Licence
Enterprise Licence Summary
For large teams and production environments.
If your team exceeds the Studio Licence user limit, or your organisation requires centralised deployment, legal approval, or custom terms, you will need an Enterprise licence.
Enterprise licensing is designed for professional studios, schools, and organisations integrating the Pablander resources into a production pipeline.
This is not a different product, it’s a customised usage agreement tailored to how your team actually works.
Typical use cases
Enterprise licensing is appropriate if any of the following apply:
- More than 15 artists need access
- Assets will be installed on shared servers or asset management systems
- Procurement or legal department review is required
- You need an invoice or purchase order
- The team is distributed across multiple locations
- The project is a commercial production, game, film, or large client contract
- You require a custom seat count or multi-year agreement
What the Enterprise Licence includes
- Organisation-wide usage rights based on agreed seat count
- Permission for internal servers and asset libraries
- Contractor access while assigned to your production
- Written legal license document for procurement approval
- Centralised deployment allowed within your organisation
- Priority support for installation or compliance questions
- Optional multi-year licensing agreements
What does NOT change
Even under enterprise licensing:
- Assets cannot be redistributed outside your organisation
- They cannot be resold or included in asset packs
- They cannot be used to train AI or machine learning models
- End users must not be able to extract the original resources
These protections exist to prevent asset leakage, not to limit your production.
Not sure which licence you need?
- Individual artist → Individual Licence
- Small team (up to 15 users) → Studio Licence
- Larger organisation → Enterprise Licence
